Shipping Policy We use print-on-demand fulfillment, which means every saltE item is made just for you when you order it.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping times after production:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with a defect, please email us at orders@saltevibes.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right. Questions?
